Meet Eagan

Hi! I’m Eagan, a Kinesiology graduate from York University and a WITS Level 2 certified personal trainer. With over 7 years of basketball coaching experience, I bring a passion for movement, discipline, and performance to every session.

My coaching background has shaped my approach to fitness—focused on leadership, motivation, and building confidence. I train using German Body Composition methods, combining resistance work with metabolic conditioning to support fat loss, lean muscle, and athletic performance.

Having played and coached basketball competitively, I understand sport-specific demands and how to build strength, endurance, and explosiveness. Whether you're training for sport, confidence, or overall wellness, I’m here to support your journey with structure, positivity, and sustainable habits.

Meet Lily

​Hey! I’m Lily, a fourth-year kinesiology student here at York with a WITS Personal Training Level 2 certification! My love for wellness began with my own fitness journey 3 years ago. I started off like you, with my own personal trainer along with participating in group classes and now, I want to make that same positive influence on other people’s lives through physical activity. What matters most to me as a trainer is to provide my clients with lifelong skills, knowledge, and habits that can easily be done outside of our training time, as well as lead them towards a happier and healthier life. You can expect a warm, inclusive, and stimulating experience when training with me!

MEET MOHAMMAD

Hello, my name is Mohammad, a graduate student at York University and a WITS Level 2-certified personal trainer. It wasn't until late 2021 that I finally managed to develop healthy exercise and eating habits after years of binge eating and being overweight. Since then, I've cherished every single step of this journey, witnessing consistent improvements in both my physical and mental well-being. This experience ignited a profound passion within me to help others feel the same sense of transformation that I did. If you're in search of a trainer to provide motivation for your unique exercise regimen, I would be thrilled to be your companion in that process. With our professional team here, your health and safety are our top priorities, regardless of your exercise goals.

Hi! I’m Anastasia, an Electrical Engineering student and W.I.T.S Level 2-certified personal trainer. With a background in competitive swimming, horse riding, and over 10 other sports, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can transform lives.

I specialize in helping beginners build their first routines and tailoring programs to individual goals. Whether you're new to the gym or looking to improve your plan, I’m here to support your journey.

Meet Hamza

Hey! I’m Hamza, a Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy student here at York and a CanFit Pro certified trainer.  I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works and functions, and this naturally translated to a love for fitness and healthcare. I understand that the gym can be an intimidating place, but I will make sure to help educate and empower my clients to take control of their bodies. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or simply keep up with your friends during intramurals, I’ll be able to help you find a plan to get there!

Hi, I’m Arefeh—a graduate student at York University and a WITS Level 2 Certified Trainer. I combine academic knowledge with real-world experience to deliver effective, personalized training sessions.

My fitness journey began with yoga and strength training, sparking a passion for holistic fitness that now includes running, mobility, and injury prevention. I focus on functional strength, flexibility, and custom workouts tailored to each client’s goals and fitness level.

Meet Darcy

I am a third-year Kinesiology student at York University, actively engaged in the Athletic Therapy program, and a WITS Level 2 certified trainer. With a strong athletic background, including experience as a high-level baseball player and hockey goalie, I understand firsthand the challenges of reconditioning the body post-injury. My journey has instilled in me a deep commitment to not only recover but to return stronger and better. As a W.I.T.S-certified personal trainer, I completed an internship at a rehabilitation-focused gym, where I got experience in recovery and tailored fitness programs to meet the unique demands of each client’s lifestyle. My approach prioritizes understanding the underlying reasons for each exercise and educating clients on the methods to achieve their goals. I believe that an effective training experience should serve as a foundational step towards complete confidence in the gym. If you are seeking a coach who offers an encouraging, educational, and positive experience, I am confident that I can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Meet Borna

Hi! I’m Borna Alavi, a CanFitPro certified personal trainer and Kinesiology student at York University. With 6 years of weightlifting and 7 years of competitive boxing experience, I specialize in strength training, bodybuilding, and athlete-specific stabilization work.

My passion for fitness began in grade 8 and has since driven me to constantly challenge myself and push my limits. I believe our bodies are a gift—and my goal is to help you unlock your full potential through personalized, goal-focused training.
