Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching

Register for one-on-one sessions with our skilled team to get individualized and personal help, no matter what your goals are! Or, become a qualified trainer through us!

Intramurals

Join through your college, with friends, or as an individual for leagues, tournaments, or special events like RAGE!

We have recreation, semi-competitive, and competitive levels so everyone can join!

Group Classes

Access to group classes comes with the Student Fitness Membership and all memberships for Non-Students. Just remember to register to sve your spot!

Aquatics

Register for our private or semi-private swimming lessons - available to all levels - or start your journey to becoming a lifeguard and secure a job with us!

Program dates vary on staff availability!

First Aid

Register for our Standard or Emergency First Aid courses, usually happening each month.

These skills are vital for anyone looking for a job in sport, recreation, or who wants to be prepared.

Sport Clubs

Join or start a sport club as a way to be active on campus through specialized skills and compete against other schools in Ontario.

Fees vary based on the sport club and try outs may be required.

Varsity Sport

Cheer on your Lions teams from August to April!

Game dates and times vary each term.

Well-Being Programs

Sometimes, being a healthy student is more than exercising. We offer programs to help with cooking, information sessions on a variety of topics, exploring the outdoors, youth programs for young siblings or children.

Don't forget our Markham campus programs either!
